Sara Ryba Nutrition offers programs to women throughout pregnancy and after childbirth. For women who are trying to conceive, have just become pregnant, are breast-feeding, or are trying to lose their "baby weight". These programs are grounded in science, and will educate you on how to make the best dietary choices for both you and your baby.

Prenatal
The prenatal program focuses on optimal nutrition and appropriate weight gain. You and Sara will create a customized diet based on pregnancy nutrition guidelines as well as your personal preferences. Sara will also help you to work around food aversions or cravings that you may interfere with optimal nutrient intake.

Postnatal
The postpartum program will be customized to your needs whether you are breast-feeding or not. A lactating mother has very unique nutritional needs. Aside from the extra calories that are required while breast-feeding, there are many nutrients that are required in greater quantities to ensure optimal health for both you and your baby.

The emphasis of this program is on ease, since much of your time will be spent taking care of your little one. This weight loss program resembles the Sara RYba Nutrition basic weight loss programs, but is tailored to the distinct needs of both stay at home moms and working mothers.
